PHASE 2: HYPER-INTENSITY

You can, however it's unlikely you'll be able to change or improve your physique at a similar rate to that of somebody engaging in regular resistance training. If you have a decent home gym than you should be okay. Otherwise, I recommend looking into a gym membership before applying. Building & maintaining muscle mass requires progressive overload & considerable amounts of weight to challenge you & condition your body to become stronger & more bodyweight training or training at home simply won't offer the same benefits.
